These BMW R1200/R1250 GS and GSA battery covers provide durable protection with a sleek design, crafted from high-quality materials superior to the original part. Easy to install and customizable, they offer a cost-effective upgrade for your motorcycle.
The process
We 3D scanned the original wind deflectors to get the dimensional accuracy perfect.
We then took the 3D scans and made some slight modifications to them. We added some better wind deflection grooves on the bottom to aid in achieving better aerodynamics.
We use ABS which is the standard option (pictured)
We also offer PA12 (used by McLaren F1 race team) for its high strength to weight properties. It is extremely lightweight and extremely durable. (pictures coming soon)
